Now that you’ve begun your journey as a ministry intern, it’s important that you begin using your gift in the local church. Many use talent to imitate gifts but it doesn’t last. A talent is about you; a gift is about God. Talents can be effective but not lasting. Gifts used with purpose and an objective will be effective and will leave an indelible impact. Talents are powered by “self”, while gifts are powered by God. Let’s begin by designing a map for effectively using your gift in the church.  PJ
