This is just a guide. Please feel free to follow your doctor’s guidance and adjust your fast accordingly. This fast is not mandatory.

A 21-day fasting and prayer guide based on fruits and vegetables.
​
Guidelines for our 21-Day Fast:

Fast Type: No meat, dairy, or processed foods. Only fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and water are allowed.

Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the fast. Herbal teas (without sugar) are also good for hydration.

Prayer Focus: Begin each day with prayer and the Word. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in 2025.

Spiritual Goal: Focus on breaking chains, growing in your relationship with God and allowing the Holy Spirt to anoint you to build the Kingdom.
Week 1: Preparation and Spiritual Cleansing (Jan 2nd - 8th)
Day 1–7: Renew Your Heart and Mind

Focus: Begin by surrendering any burdens or distractions. Start the fast with gratitude, asking God for clarity and a deeper connection.

Scripture: Romans 12:2 – "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…"

Exercise: Take 15 minutes to walk and stretch

Meals (These are only suggestions, feel free to make adjustments as needed):

Breakfast: Green smoothie with spinach, kale, banana, and almond milk.

Lunch: Fresh vegetable salad with avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes, and lemon dressing.

Dinner: Roasted sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli, and a fruit salad.

Prayer: Ask for spiritual renewal, breaking any unhealthy habits, and for deeper intimacy with Jesus.
Week 2: Strengthening Faith, Discovering Purpose and Greater Trust in God (Jan 9th - 15th)
Day 8–14: Deepening Trust in God’s ability to provide. Daring to discover purpose.

Focus: This week is about trusting God’s provision. As you eat only plant-based foods, remember that God is your provider and sustainer. His purpose is paramount.

Scripture: Matthew 6:31-33 – "So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ ... But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness…"

Exercise: Take 20 minutes to speed-walk or run

Meals (These are only suggestions, feel free to make adjustments as needed):

Breakfast: Fruit salad with apples, oranges, grapes, and chia seeds.

Lunch: Stir-fried vegetables (zucchini, mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions) with quinoa.
-
Dinner: Baked eggplant with tomatoes, garlic, and a side of sautéed spinach.
-

Prayer: Pray for increased faith, trust, and provision. Ask God to strengthen your reliance on Him in all areas of life. Ask Him to reveal His purpose for your life.
Week 3: Breakthrough and Fruitfulness (Jan 16th - 22nd)
Day 15–21: Walking in Fruitfulness

Focus: The final week is about walking in spiritual fruitfulness and victory. Ask God for a harvest in your life and in areas where you’ve been praying for breakthrough.

Scripture: John 15:5 – "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”

Exercise: Take 25 minutes to speed-walk, run and a few sets of sit ups, planks and push ups.

Meals (These are only suggestions, feel free to make adjustments as needed)

Breakfast: Smoothie with berries, flaxseeds, and almond butter.

Lunch: Mixed vegetable stir-fry (carrots, peas, corn, cabbage) over brown rice.

Dinner: Grilled portobello mushrooms with a side of roasted Brussels sprouts and baked potato.

Prayer: Pray for breakthrough in specific areas of your life. Ask God to help you bear the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). Thank Him for the transformation that has taken place and His abundance is beginning to rain over you and your family.​
